Workiva Ranks #20 on Fortune's List of the Best Companies to Work For
Fortune and Great Place to Work released their annual list of the 100 Best Companies to Work For® and Workiva ranked #20. This is the fourth year Workiva ranked on the list, moving up 40 spots from #61 in 2021.

Not only does Workiva Inc. (NYSE:WK) have a strong commitment to equity, the business software company takes a holistic approach to fostering diversity and inclusion. Employees are able to do their jobs “wherever and whenever is best for them” as part of the flexible work policy.
The company has added additional days of paid time off and holds internal strategy sessions on recruitment as part of an effort to identify a wide range of qualified job candidates. The Belong Campaign is a six-week program with training and resources to emphasize how diversity, equity, and inclusion work together to create a culture where staff feel valued and respected.
