Wdesk to be Integrated with EisnerAmper Expertise to Improve SOX Business Value

AMES, Iowa & NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Workiva (NYSE:WK), a leading provider of solutions for enterprise productivity , and EisnerAmper, a top 20 advisory and accounting firm in the United States, jointly announce a strategic partnership to streamline how companies document, implement and assess internal controls over financial reporting as required under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).

With Wdesk, EisnerAmper and its customers are able to work in a single, integrated environment and collaborate in real time on internal controls, thereby reducing errors and streamlining the overall compliance process. EisnerAmper will offer the Wdesk platform with its domain expertise and managed services to clients in the areas of SOX and internal controls and other governance, risk and compliance (GRC) processes.
