Workiva Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

AMES, IA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/11/14 -- Workiva Inc. (NYSE: WK) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 7,200,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $14.00 per share. The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,080,000 shares of Class A common stock from Workiva at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on December 12, 2014 under the symbol "WK."

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Robert W. Baird & Co, Raymond James & Associates, Inc., and Stifel are acting as co-managers for the offering.
