Workiva Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

Ames, IA, October 17, 2014Workiva LLC today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock. The number of shares to be sold and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Workiva plans to list its Class A common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “WK.” 

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC will act as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering. Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated, Raymond James and Stifel will act as co-managers.
