Talent Board, a non-profit organization focused on the elevation and promotion of a quality candidate experience, has announced the 2018 Candidate Experience (CandE) Award winners.
The Candidate Experience (CandE) Awards recognize companies who create a candidate recruitment experience that forever changes the manner in which job candidates are treated. The CandE Awards also serve as a benchmarking program to raise awareness of the benefits of a positive candidate experience and highlight the processes, methodologies and technology that can enhance the recruiting experience as demonstrated by the winning organizations.
The 2018 North American Talent Board Candidate Experience Awards Benchmark Research reveals that candidate experience is improving and the competitive landscape for hiring is fierce.
Companies of all sizes and across industries participated in the annual benchmark program, and employers with the highest positive ratings in the Talent Board research received a CandE Award.
