The Talent Board Candidate Experience (CandE) Awards recognize companies that create a positive candidate recruitment experience, and change the manner in which job candidates are treated.
Each year, participating companies send surveys to thousands of employment candidates, both successful and not, to assess their experience during the recruiting process. The awards highlight the recruitment processes, methodologies and technologies winning organizations employ to enhance the recruiting experience.
This year Workiva was among the 55 organizations to receive the highest positive candidate experience ratings in North America.
Candidates applying for positions at Workiva ranked the company high for providing an overall positive experience. Candidates not offered jobs said they would reapply to the organization in the future, and both successful and unsuccessful candidates indicated they would refer others to apply with Workiva based on their experience.
